What this site is for
This Site provides information about our vacuum kiln drying services so customers can learn about the business, review facility information, and contact us. The Site is not an online store. We do not sell products through checkout, shopping carts, or online payment processing on this Site.
No online sales or payment processing
Any kiln drying work is arranged directly with us. Information on the Site does not create a booking, contract, or acceptance of a drying project by itself. Project acceptance, pricing, timing, and related details are confirmed through direct communication with us.
Informational content
Content on the Site, including descriptions of kiln capacity, processes, and business history, is provided for general information. While we aim to keep information accurate, details may change, and final project decisions depend on species, sizing, quantity, condition, and our ability to accept the material.
Acceptable use

Kiln drying services, including acceptance of material, schedules, pricing, and related terms, are handled outside these website Terms of Use through direct communication and any service-specific agreement we provide. Not all species or projects will be accepted.

Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wisconsin will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the Site, except where prohibited by law.
